1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship throughout India to all residential and commercial addresses serviced by our primary logistics partners. Certain remote postal codes, island territories, or restricted containment zones may experience extended transit times or limited serviceability.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated automatically according to ORV's current store logistics guidelines:
- Orders ₹2,500 and above: Complimentary free standard shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹2,500: Standard shipping fee of ₹150 is clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
3. Order Processing
Orders are queued for preparation immediately upon successful placement. Our warehouse and packaging team works Monday through Saturday. Processing time may vary based on edition availability, order volume, weekends, national holidays, and artisanal packaging requirements.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Most domestic shipments arrive within 5 to 9 business days following dispatch. Please note that transit estimates may fluctuate due to factors outside our immediate control, including weather events, regional holidays, cargo congestion, or courier operational disruptions.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our courier partner, tracking details and consignment references will be updated in your customer account where supported. You can monitor the progress of your shipment from the My Orders dashboard.
6. Accurate Address Details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including apartment/suite numbers, street names, recognizable landmarks, and correct 6-digit Indian PIN codes. ORV is not liable for dispatch delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address submissions.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Couriers typically attempt delivery up to two or three times before returning an undelivered parcel to our warehouse. If you anticipate being away, please designate an alternate recipient to receive and tender payment for the order.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Protocol
As payment is accepted exclusively via Cash on Delivery, customers should keep the exact payable order amount ready in Indian currency when the delivery personnel arrives. Couriers may not always carry change for larger denominations.
