2. Eligibility

3. Products

ORV makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, and specifications are accurate. However, slight differences may occur because of:

• Screen display settings and color calibration
• Ambient lighting and editorial photography
• Artisanal manufacturing variations
• Natural material characteristics (e.g., stoneware, wood grain, linen textures)

Such nuances do not constitute a defect or failure of conformity.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. Some ORV objects may be offered in limited quantities or as limited editions. ORV reserves the right to:

• Limit the sales quantity of any product or edition
• Discontinue any object or archive collection at any time
• Update product information or specifications without prior notice
• Correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product information or pricing

5. Prices & Taxes

All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are calculated according to ORV's current statutory pricing structure. ORV currently applies 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. The final payable total is clearly displayed during checkout prior to placing your order.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected objects. An order is considered accepted once ORV confirms the order. ORV reserves the right to cancel or reject an order under circumstances including:

• The product becoming unavailable or damaged in transit
• Pricing or product specification errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Incomplete or unverified customer or delivery details
• Logistical or courier delivery limitations to the destination
• Unforeseen technical glitches

If an order is cancelled after funds have been collected, eligible refunds will be initiated according to our refund procedures.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

ORV currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) exclusively. Payment is collected in full by the courier partner when the package is delivered. Customers must ensure that an authorized recipient is present with the exact cash amount upon delivery. Repeated, intentional refusal of COD shipments may result in suspension of future ordering privileges.

8. Shipping

ORV currently delivers across India, subject to postal code serviceability. Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders exceeding the free-shipping threshold of ₹2,500 qualify for complimentary delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on geography, weather conditions, public holidays, or operational constraints.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are strictly governed by our dedicated Return & Refund Policy. Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of verified delivery. Please review the complete policy for condition requirements and exclusions.

10. Intellectual Property
